Nutley High School Academic Hall of Fame “There is no such whetstone, to sharpen a good wit and encourage a will to learning, as praise.” – Roger Ascham Traditionally, gleaming trophies in glass trophy cases have celebrated the achievements of Nutley High School’s talented athletes and musicians. In 2005, the Academic Booster Club got together with NHS administrators to found the Academic Hall of Fame, a celebration of the academic achievements of the graduating class’s top 10 students. Each year, the Academic Booster Club ushers the top ten-ranked seniors into the Hall of Fame at the high school’s Academic Awards Ceremony. A plaque inscribed with their names and class rank is then presented to the high school, and each student is awarded a blanket embroidered with the NHS Raider logo. website design by: defede::media:: Matthew DeFede |
